Reorder, set cover, or remove images. Changes are saved when you click “Save changes”.
Manage Locations
Reusable storage spots (e.g. "Shelf A"). Renaming updates your bottles in this collection; deleting only removes it from the list.
Share Collection
Send this link to the person you want to share with. If they have WhiskeyMate installed it opens in the app; otherwise it opens a preview. Logged-in users can also request full access, which you approve in Preferences → Manage Sharing.
Public sharing (Premium):
turn on Share publicly for a guest link/QR. Optionally enable
Bar / Restaurant mode for pour prices and menu tools —
leave that off to keep bottle entry free of restaurant fields.
Creates a sanitized public snapshot. Private purchase prices and notes stay private.
Guest QR code — print or download for tables. Guests scan to open the public menu (App Clip on iPhone when available).
Shows pour price, pour size, and menu section on bottle add/edit in the apps. Leave off if you only want a public collection link.
Tip: Sharing collections is a premium feature. You can also choose whether to share price stats when approving a request.
