How to Start Exploring

1. Access the Search Screen: Tap the search or magnifying glass icon in the main menu.
2. Enter a Keyword or Barcode: Type a partial brand name, subtitle, or scan a barcode if available. WhiskeyMate will display all matching entries.
3. Apply Filters: Narrow results by spirit type, price, community rating, or open/closed status (in your personal collection).
4. Save or Rate Findings: Add promising bottles to your Wish List or rate them if they’re already in your collection.

Tips & Best Practices

• Try Fuzzy Searches: Not sure how to spell a distillery name? Enter the first few letters, and our algorithm will guess likely matches.
• Check Community Ratings: See how the broader WhiskeyMate community ranks a bottle before you buy.
• Use Multiple Collections: Premium subscribers can split their growing library into dedicated categories (e.g., Rums, Scotches) yet still search across all if desired.
