How to Add a Bottle on Android (1.1.4+)

Single-button submit and how to use the search-driven add flow

The new Add Bottle flow

1.1.4 simplified the Add Bottle screen down to one Submit button at the top of the form, which clearly shows the target collection (e.g., Add to “Top Shelf”).

Add from search

1. Open the Add tab.
2. Use the search field to find an existing bottle in the catalog.
3. Tap the bottle to load its details into the form.
4. You’ll see a toast: “Bottle details loaded. Review and tap Submit at top to add to collection.”
5. Review the fields, pick the target collection, and tap Submit.

Add manually

1. Open the Add tab.
2. Fill in brand, subtitle, spirit type, and any other fields you care about.
3. Pick the target collection.
4. Tap Submit.

FAQ

Where did the bottom Submit button go? It was removed in 1.1.4 to eliminate confusion. The only Submit button is at the top of the form.
