How to Check the Status of Your WhiskeyMate Swag Shop Order

If you’ve placed an order in the WhiskeyMate Swag Shop, you can check its current status by visiting:

Enter your Payment ID (found in your receipt email and confirmation screen, usually starts with pi_) to look up your order.

📦 Shipment Tracking

If your item has shipped, tracking URLs will be shown under the 📦 Shipment Tracking section. You’ll also see links to download the packing slip or access your order via the Printful dashboard if available.

Each order update is tracked, and any email communications (e.g., receipt, shipping notification, status updates) are listed in the đź“§ Emails Sent section, including timestamps and subjects.

đź”” How It Stays Up to Date

Our backend listens to real-time Printful Webhooks to keep your order’s fulfillment status, shipping info, and tracking data current. When:

—we update the order record in Firestore and, if needed, trigger a confirmation or status email.

WhiskeyMate uses Stripe for payments and Printful for fulfillment. Both systems work together with our backend to keep everything synchronized and visible through the order status page.
