How to View or Track an Order in the WhiskeyMate Swag Shop
See order details, delivery estimates, and payment status
📦 Order Confirmation
After you place an order in the WhiskeyMate Swag Shop, you’ll be redirected to a confirmation page that summarizes everything you need to know. This includes:
- Itemized receipt with quantity, price, and subtotals
- Customer details (name, email, phone)
- Shipping address and method, including delivery estimates
- Payment details such as Payment ID, date, and amount received
If for any reason the summary doesn’t appear, don’t worry—you’ll still receive a full receipt via email.
🔍 How to Look Up Your Order Later
If you want to check your order after the confirmation screen, simply visit the following page:
There, enter the Payment ID (e.g., pi_3RAw8DRpAIxUwXWp0puYBEcd) found in your email receipt to retrieve your full order summary.

- Order Summary: Each item purchased, its price, and total
- Customer Info: Name, email, phone number
- Shipping Info: Method used, address, estimated delivery range
- Payment Info: Stripe Payment ID, status (Paid, Processing, Failed), total paid, and transaction date
