Restore Purchases and Apple Premium Linkage in iOS 1.34
Cleaner reinstall and device-switch behavior for Premium
What’s new
iOS 1.34 hardens how WhiskeyMate Premium reconciles with the App Store:
- appleAppAccountToken mapping: App Store server notifications are now tied to your WhiskeyMate account, so server-side entitlement state stays in sync.
- Restore Purchases UX: the Restore flow now shows verification progress and a clear success state.
When you should use Restore Purchases
- You reinstalled WhiskeyMate.
- You signed in on a new iPhone or iPad.
- You see “Premium required” even though you have an active subscription.
How to restore
- Open the Profile tab.
- Tap Premium (or your subscription card).
- Tap Restore Purchases.
- Wait for the verification indicator to complete — you should see a confirmation when Premium is restored.
