Submitting Unknown Barcodes

Overview

When a barcode isn’t recognized, use the Unknown Barcode submission flow to help us add it.

Steps

  1. Tap Submit Unknown from the unified fallback sheet.
  2. Add clear photos of the front label (and back if available).
  3. Optionally allow OCR Prefill to suggest brand/expression.
  4. Provide any additional details and submit.
