  1. Confirm Premium: Apple TV is a Premium-only feature. Verify your Premium subscription is active on your account.
  2. Check Wi‑Fi: Ensure Apple TV has a stable network connection. If possible, restart your router or switch networks to rule out captive portals or DNS issues.
  3. Retry pairing: Return to the pairing screen and generate a new code, then approve it again at whiskeymate.net/tv/pair.
  4. Update your build: If you’re on TestFlight, install the latest available build. If you’re on App Store, ensure you’re on the newest version.
  5. Reinstall as a last resort: Delete WhiskeyMate from Apple TV and reinstall to clear stale state.
