How to View or Track an Order in the WhiskeyMate Swag Shop

📦 Order Confirmation

After you place an order in the WhiskeyMate Swag Shop, you’ll be redirected to a confirmation page that summarizes everything you need to know. This includes:

• Itemized receipt with quantity, price, and subtotals
• Customer details (name, email, phone)
• Shipping address and method, including delivery estimates
• Payment details such as Payment ID, date, and amount received

If for any reason the summary doesn’t appear, don’t worry—you’ll still receive a full receipt via email.

🔍 How to Look Up Your Order Later

If you want to check your order after the confirmation screen, simply visit the following page:

Track My Order

There, enter the Payment ID (e.g., pi_3RAw8DRpAIxUwXWp0puYBEcd) found in your email receipt to retrieve your full order summary.

✅ What You'll See

• Order Summary: Each item purchased, its price, and total
• Customer Info: Name, email, phone number
• Shipping Info: Method used, address, estimated delivery range
• Payment Info: Stripe Payment ID, status (Paid, Processing, Failed), total paid, and transaction date
