Palate Passport: Your Collection as a Taste Fingerprint (iOS 1.36)

Overview

The Palate Passport is a new module introduced in iOS 1.36 (and rolling out on Android) that summarizes the styles, regions, and flavor notes you sip most often. Think of it as a taste fingerprint for your collection.

Where to find it

• Profile: appears as a featured badge near the top of your profile.
• Bottle Detail: shows context for how a specific bottle fits your overall palate.

How it’s computed

• Styles: derived from bottle spirit type, sub-type, and tags.
• Regions: rolled up from the region field on each bottle.
• Flavor notes: aggregated from your Taste Profile entries and ratings.

Tips

• The more you complete each bottle (region, taste profile, ratings), the richer your Palate Passport gets.
• It updates automatically as you add or open new bottles.
