WhiskeyMate’s Social Media Links feature provides one-tap shortcuts to popular whiskey-focused communities and platforms, directly from the app’s main menu or your profile view. This integration aims to help enthusiasts stay connected with friends and discover new bottle trends, right alongside their personal collection data.

- Profile Integration: Share your achievements or newly added bottles from your profile by tapping a convenient social media link button.
- Multiple Platforms: Whether you prefer Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or other whiskey communities, the app’s icons can direct you there for quick interaction.

- iOS: Implemented in version 1.19 (released February 6, 2025).
- Android: Planned for version 1.1, scheduled for April 1, 2025.
- Web: In development, version 1.0 planned for September 1, 2025.
How to Use the New Social Links
- Open the Main Menu or Profile View: Look for newly added social media icon buttons in the navigation bar or within your profile screen.
- Select a Platform: Tap the icon of the social platform (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to open a browser or the respective app (if installed). This takes you to official groups, pages, or relevant whiskey communities.
- Follow or Share: Once there, follow or join groups that interest you, or share your personal whiskey updates to friends and followers.
