What to try when scan results don’t appear
Symptoms
After scanning, you don’t see a result or it disappears quickly.
Fixes
- Update to the latest app version (1.30+) for scanner fixes.
- Ensure a steady hold and adequate lighting (use torch).
- Try the Unknown Barcode submission flow to help add new products.
- Check network connectivity.
